\u7b7e\u7ea6\u4eea\u5f0f\u5728\u6bb5\u6bb5\uff08\u91cd\u5e86\uff09\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u4e3e\u884c\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u4ea4\u6613\u534f\u4f1a\uff08PIPTA\uff09\u4e3b\u5e2d\u9ad8\u5170\u6210\u5973\u58eb\u51fa\u5e2d\uff0c\u79d8\u4e66\u957fHak Sokmeng\u5148\u751f\u51fa\u5e2d\uff1b\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u7531\u529e\u516c\u4e3b\u4efb\u51b7\u51ef\u5a01\u5148\u751f\u3001\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u4e1a\u52a1\u8d1f\u8d23\u4eba\u6768\u5b87\u5148\u751f\u4ee5\u53ca\u56fd\u9645\u4e8b\u52a1\u4ee3\u8868\u4e8e\u5999\u6db5\u5973\u58eb\u4ee3\u8868\u51fa\u5e2d\u7b7e\u7f72\u4eea\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5728\u7b7e\u7ea6\u524d\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u4ea4\u6613\u534f\u4f1a\uff08PIPTA\uff09\u4e3b\u5e2d\u9ad8\u5170\u6210\u5973\u58eb\u4ecb\u7ecd\u4e86\u534f\u4f1a\u7684\u5b97\u65e8\u4e0e\u53d1\u5c55\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u5f3a\u8c03PIPTA\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u63a8\u52a8\u67ec\u57d4\u5be8\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u7684\u5546\u4e1a\u5316\u8fdb\u7a0b\uff0c\u5e76\u79ef\u6781\u4f20\u64ad\u76f8\u5173\u6cd5\u5f8b\u3001\u56fd\u5bb6\u653f\u7b56\u53ca\u76d1\u7ba1\u6587\u4ef6\u3002\u6bb5\u6bb5\uff08\u91cd\u5e86\uff09\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u529e\u516c\u4e3b\u4efb\u51b7\u51ef\u5a01\u5148\u751f\u8868\u793a\uff1a\u201c\u6b64\u6b21\u5408\u4f5c\u6807\u5fd7\u7740\u6bb5\u6bb5\uff08\u91cd\u5e86\uff09\u5728\u901a\u8fc7\u4e0e\u6d77\u5916\u53ca\u56fd\u9645\u77e5\u8bc6\u4ea7\u6743\u7ec4\u7ec7\u5408\u4f5c\u63a8\u8fdb\u56fd\u9645\u5316\u6218\u7565\u65b9\u9762\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
